Shipping Policy 

At Technoland, we strive to deliver your orders as swiftly as possible. If your items do not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a status update.

We partner with multiple shipping providers to offer several delivery options. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers' tracking systems for more accurate delivery estimates. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information, including the tracking number, to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

 

Delivery within UAE

  • UAE orders are delivered on the same day or the next working day at the latest.
  • Residents of Dubai can choose "Express Delivery" to receive their orders within 1-4 hours.***

*Note: There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock.

**This option applies to shipments with a maximum weight of 30kg and dimensions not exceeding 12cm x 12cm x 12cm.

***Same Day deliveries must be placed before 5PM

International Shipping

Technoland ships to nearly all countries worldwide except:

  • Central African Republic
  • Iran
  • Libya
  • Mali
  • Cuba
  • Russia
  • North Korea
  • Palestine
  • Somalia
  • South Sudan
  • Yemen

We have partnered with DHL and SMSA for international shipments.

Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Oman - Best Line Express: 2 Days
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) - DHL (Express): 2-4 Days
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) - SMSA (Economy): 4-8 Days
  • International - DHL (Express): 2-6 Days

Please note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or third-party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. These fees are the customer's (consignee's) responsibility. Check your local laws regarding customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Technoland will not deal with or provide services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
